Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactionsRequirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on upselling products
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers
- Experience in technical sales or technology products is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register smoothly
