Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with attention to detail. Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries about products. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Uphold company policies regarding customer service and sales practices.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
