We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier Front of House to join our team in Belleville, Canada. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our establishment.

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Operate the cash register and process various forms of payment accurately Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions efficiently Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Adhere to all company policies and procedures Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong cash handling skills and basic math abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Flexible availability, 6am to 2pm Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
