Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders accurately, both in person and over the phone.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.
Process payments efficiently and handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
Light food preparation (Food Safe Level 1 recommended).
Serve alcoholic beverages (must have a valid
Serving It Right
certification).
Support management with daily operations and lead by example during shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 year of
customer service or hospitality experience
required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality service.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Reliable, proactive, and able to handle busy rush periods with composure.
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
