Co-op Taxi Edmonton is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Cashier
to handle day-to-day cashiering duties for our drivers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, basic accounting tasks, and office software in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cashiering transactions for drivers Accurately input and process charge slips Balance cash, debit, and credit transactions Maintain organized and accurate records Assist with basic administrative and financial tasks as required Communicate professionally with drivers and staff
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer skills, including
Excel and other basic office tools
High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyAccounts Payable experience is considered an asset
Preferred Experience:
Previous cashiering or accounting-related experience Experience in a transportation or service-based industry is an asset
