Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Serve food to customers while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong experience in serving and food service roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cooking methods and meal assembly. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
