Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while adhering to cash handling policies. Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Conduct product demos and assist customers in understanding product features. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, ensuring merchandising displays are attractive and stocked. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall performance. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently. Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone. Pay: $15.00-$21.67 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
