Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing a positive experience.

Cash Handling: Processing payments, handling cash, and using the POS system.

Beverage Preparation: Following recipes and preparing several type of drinks.

Store Operations: Assisting with daily operations, including restocking ingredients, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service.

Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Food Safety Knowledge: Awareness of food safety and hygiene practices. Food handler certificate required.

Cash Handling Experience(Preferred): Familiarity with POS system and cash transactions.

Coffee/Tea Knowledge (preferred): Understanding of common ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 25lbs.

Shift & Salary:

10:00am-6:30pm FT: Mon-Fri with half hr unpaid lunch break.

Training(1-2 hrs) & Probation(1 month): $15/hr.

After Probation: $16/hr + the cost for new food handler training will be reimbursed.

$1 increase annually, $20/hr will be max out.

Starting probation period, there will be an additional bonus depends on daily sales.

Half of customer tips will be shared(the other half will go to community/charity).
