We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our guests and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Position: Kitchen HelperResponsibilities
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation and cooking tasks. Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, and prepare ingredients as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Receive and store kitchen supplies properly. Dispose of garbage and follow sanitation standards. Support with portioning and packaging food as needed. Assist with any other kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role is an asset. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
