Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment within the food industry.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Provide recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Deliver food orders to tables promptly and assist with clearing tables
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the food industry, is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Excellent math skills for processing payments accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
