Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Upsell products and promote special offers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
