Cash Department Lead - Oak Bay

Our Cash Team is the final touchpoint in the GARDENWORKS guest experience -- ensuring every visit ends on a positive note. We're looking for a passionate people person to take a lead role in overseeing our daily cash operations.

This full-time role (40 hrs/week, $20-$22/hr)

is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

Champion the GARDENWORKS Brand by delivering outstanding service to every guest Oversee daily cash operations and ensure accuracy Mentor and support new team members on POS system use, guest service strategies, and sales goals Reconcile cash drawers and resolve discrepancies Liaise with the POS systems support team to identify and correct pricing or scanning errors Assist with various administrative functions

You're a people person who thrives on positive guest interactions You have previous cash handling experience and are confident using POS systems You love organization and attention to detail -- tidy spaces make you happy You enjoy teamwork and clear communication in a collaborative environment You're flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays You're comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing, and able to perform light lifting
