We are currently seeking a

Cash & Carry Associate

to join our team and play a key role in supporting our wholesale cash & carry operations.

Position Overview

The Cash & Carry Associate will be the first point of contact for our cash & carry clients, assisting them with their product needs, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing an excellent customer experience. This role also requires close coordination with the warehouse and admin team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and efficient floor operations.

Duties

Greet, assist, and guide cash & carry customers, helping them with product selection and inquiries. Provide detailed product knowledge, answer inquiries, and make recommendations to help customers select the right items. Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, debit/credit payments, and invoices. Provide tailored support for wholesale and bulk order customers, ensuring smooth transactions. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Handle sales transactions and retail processes with accuracy and professionalism. Check and maintain regular inventory levels on the floor, ensuring product availability and organized displays. Perform inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and report shortages. Act as an intermediate between the warehouse and admin team, supporting smooth order flow and communication. Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Ensure all products are displayed neatly, priced accurately, and easy for customers to access. Follow company policies on loss prevention and secure handling of high-value products. Assist in setting up promotional displays and highlighting new arrivals or sales. Keep accurate daily sales records and submit reports as required. Assist management with preparing product lists for reorders based on sales and demand. Document and escalate any discrepancies, damaged goods, or customer complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace regulations.

Qualifications

Previous

sales experience

and/or

retail handling experience

is strongly preferred. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with a customer-first approach. Ability to

multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently

in a fast-paced wholesale setting. Experience with

inventory management

and basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, order entry). Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
