Job Description
O'Canada Immigration Services is seeking an ambitious and experienced Immigration Caseworker to join our team. This role offers a valuable learning experience in a supportive and dynamic environment, with direct client interaction. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Canadian immigration programs and procedures. Manage the entire application process from inception to completion. Handle a variety of immigration cases, including LMIA applications, Federal Skilled Worker Program, Temporary Resident Visas, Study Permits, and more. Draft professional documents such as cover letters, submissions, and client case narratives. Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring compliance with IRCC standards. Conduct client consultations to assess their situation and determine the best immigration pathway. Assist clients in gathering necessary documents and information.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the immigration field. University or college degree (an asset). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
