  • Coordinating with the client to request information and documents and handle inquiries by email or telephone to ensure applications are completed and issues anticipated and dealt with ahead of time.
  • Filing forms and preparing supporting documentation that meets the IRCC standards for all immigration-related applications.
  • Preparing submission packages for the immigration application and sending them to various government agencies (e.g., Service Canada, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada, etc.)
  • Monitoring status of submitted applications for updates and decisions and informing the client.
  • Update and maintain indexes and files on court actions and decisions.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.54 per hourFlexible language requirement:

  • 8 hour shift
