We are looking for:
A full-time Medical Report Reviewer to join our Dynamic team. In this role, you will be a part of the Quality Assurance department, where you will review Independent Medical Evaluation reports, to ensure quality and compliance with legislative requirements and client Service Level Agreements.
You should have:
An ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally, in a verbal and written context
Bilingual - French an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Resilience and the ability to adapt to fluid demands
An ability to "think on your feet" and use your critical thinking skills to problem solve, and make decisions that are best for the team
A University Degree in a health-related field, Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology preferred
Industry related experience for a minimum of 2-3 years preferred
Solid PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience and proficient use of SmartSimple, eClaims Workflow and Expeflow is an asset

You will:
Verify report content with medical documentation on file to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct a thorough quality review for spelling, grammar, formatting
Liaise with assessors to address questions and clarifications for their reports, and provide feedback, as required
Liaise between multi-assessors and ensure consensus for cases requiring multi-assessment reports
Address and respond to assessor queries and/or correspondence in a professional and timely manner; effectively resolve any issues
Support assessors, as required, to ensure timely delivery of their reports
