Our services include emergency food and clothing; daily hot meals; emergency shelters for men, youth, families, women and children; transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth; hospice palliative care; community mental health programs; and supportive housing programs. How You Will Make an Impact The successful candidate will extend our mission to residential and non-residential clients through the provision of respectful and appropriate housing support services. This may include case management, crisis intervention and supportive counseling. The incumbent must be able to work independently in a challenging and rewarding values-based environment.

• Develop and maintain a caseload
• Complete an intake and assessment on each resident
• Design, implement, in consultation with supervisor, an interview schedule that will provide an evaluation of "quality of life" improvement of successful program participants
• Maintain confidentiality with regards to clients/staff and Centre\'s records

• Applicants should possess a thorough knowledge of issues impacting cis women, trans and non-binary individuals including violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty and substance use
• Experience working in a residential setting is preferred
• A demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality and dignity is essential
• A post-secondary education is required
• CPR certification (or willingness to be certified)
• A valid Ontario driver\'s license (G2) is also an asset
• The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule
• Ability to speak French and/or other languages considered an asset
