Reporting to the Manager, Transitional Housing, the Case Manager supports women navigating the impacts of homelessness, mental health challenges, poverty, addictions, violence and abuse. This role delivers trauma-informed, client-centred case management that empowers women to thrive through emotional support, safety planning, goal setting, skills development, referrals, advocacy, and systems navigation. The Case Manager works collaboratively with the team, our clients, and community partners to foster resilience and independence, ensuring practices align with YW Calgary's mission, vision, values and strategic priorities. This position plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive environment where women can rebuild, rediscover their strengths and achieve long-term stability.
