The Office of Student Support, Rights and Responsibilities is responsible for identifying and responding to students of concern, disruptive student behaviour, crisis intervention, and student conduct under SFU's Student Conduct Policy, S10.05. The goal of the office and its team is to help the University foster a positive and respectful academic environment for all.
About the Role
The Case Manager is responsible for identifying and responding to students of concern, disruptive student behaviour, crisis intervention, student conduct and relevant institutional policy, including its principles and protocols, to the University community in order to help foster a positive and respectful academic environment. The position addresses and administers the Student Conduct Policy S10.05 and related procedures and appendices, gathers, reviews, investigates, assesses risk, adjudicates and maintains all cases of student non-academic misconduct, in accordance with all institutional policies.
