Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager (Bilingual) to join their dynamic team. As a Case Manager (Bilingual), you will be an essential part of the Patient Support Services supporting patient enrollment, reimbursement navigation, and coordination with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Case Manager (Bilingual)
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $28.85-$30.29/hr DOE
Shift: 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm
What's the Job?

  • Guide patients through complete and compliant enrollment processes, providing welcoming outreach and setting clear expectations.
  • Assist patients and healthcare professionals with reimbursement navigation, including coverage investigations and form completion to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
  • Serve as a central liaison for physicians, nurses, clinics, and pharmacies, providing timely updates and supporting site-specific needs.
  • Coordinate pharmacy activities, ensuring drug coverage aligns with dispensing and troubleshooting billing or filling issues.
  • Manage multi-channel communication including calls, emails, and faxes, while maintaining accurate data entry and administrative records.
What's Needed?
  • Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance settings is advantageous.
  • Understanding of public/private coverage criteria and SA/PA processes (training provided).
  • Outstanding communication, empathy, organization, and multi-tasking skills with high accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web portals; comfortable with telephony and remote collaboration tools.
