Job Description

We're looking for a professional, motivated, and safety conscious individual to join our Finishing department, in a permanent, full-time Cartoner position. The schedule will follow a 3-day work week working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Wednesday-Friday, within our Sault Ste. Marie Plant at 45 White Oak Drive East.



Reporting to the Plant Manager and Assistant Finishing Manager, the Cartoner will personally scan, carton, and palletize products. The Cartoner is responsible for the Cartoning process including getting the books into the carton, labeling, palletizing, and balancing.

What You'll Do

Ensure accuracy of packing printed product Ensure production specs are followed correctly when loading boxes and skids Assists in loading finished product into customer specific boxes for shipment of product Responsible for cross referencing production specs to set up and sign off game paperwork Responsible to observe range of numbers when packing product Other duties as required

Ability to adapt to a task orientated and fast-paced environment Ability to pay attention to detail Possess strong ability to package product efficiently A punctual worker who can demonstrate problem-solving skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 40 Ibs

What You'll Bring

Grade 12 Diploma Experience working in manufacturing, quality control or production would be an asset Basic computer skills with experience scanning product Strong analytical and communication skills
