Reporting to the Carrier Service Provisioning Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating various customer databases related to Local Number Porting inclusive of quality control and validation of orders received from outside carriers. Responsible for interacting with internal and external groups, the coordinator will facilitate the completion of work orders and assist internal groups with troubleshooting problems pertaining to work orders.

The successful candidate will be customer focused, have exceptional communication, decision making and troubleshooting ability and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, post-secondary education preferred
• Previous data entry experience required; administrative experience ideal
• Solid computer skills in software applications and proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve problems is essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced, changing work environment
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of telephone products, policies and CRTC guidelines would be an asset
