We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in commercial settings. Duties

Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Contractual position. Flexible schedule. Salary is based on credentials. Ability to work alone. Vehicle and equipment provided, Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to clean carpets. Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Handle heavy lifting of furniture or equipment as necessary during the cleaning process. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a mandatory required. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning and customer satisfaction. A commitment to maintaining safety standards while performing duties. Letter of conduct and clean drivers abstract are requirements.
