We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools for carpet cleaning, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively. Perform thorough cleaning of carpets in residential and commercial settings, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and products. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled time frames while maintaining quality standards. Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials as required during the cleaning process. Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

Previous custodial experience is preferred, particularly in commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. Time management skills are crucial for completing tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus, as it may be required in conjunction with carpet cleaning duties. Pay: $15.65-$25.00 per hour
