We're looking for Carpenters of all levels - from first-year apprentices to experienced Journeypersons - to join our growing construction team in Calgary. You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects that make a visible impact across the city.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day work will depend on your experience and apprenticeship level - we'll match responsibilities to your skillset and help you grow as you go.
As a Carpenter, your daily responsibilities may include some or all the below:

• General carpentry: framing, hoarding, doors and frames, concrete, steel stud, and plywood installation
• Reading blueprints
• Understanding elevations for buildings and parking lots
• Performing layout, measurements, and calculations
• Working from heights, which includes elevated work platforms, ladders, and roofs
• Working alongside other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work site
• Proper use of tools, equipment, and company resources

Journeypersons will be expected to work alongside apprentices, offering guidance and mentorship where required.
What You Bring

• Registered apprentice or journeyperson carpenter (Red Seal preferred but not required)
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Calgary
• Your own basic hand tools (we'll supply safety gear)

Physical Demands
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Carpenters regularly stand, walk, bend, lift materials up to 50 lbs, and work at heights. Good vision, hearing, and coordination are important for safe and effective performance on the job.
