Working in our state-of-the-art 40,000+ sq. ft. facility, you'll be a key part of the process that produces Canada's Best Built Cargo trailer. Beyond trailer production, you will leverage your expertise to construct

custom, hand-built shed and bunkie projects

, providing a great mix of production-style and intricate, detail-oriented work.

Key Responsibilities: The Build

Trailer Construction:

Measure, cut, and bend materials required to perform high-quality finish work on our cargo trailers, ensuring every detail meets our "Best Built" standard.

Bunkie/Shed Construction:

Lead the build of hand-crafted residential/recreational structures from the ground up.

Tool Mastery:

Comfortably and safely operate a wide variety of power and hand tools common in residential construction and renovation.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and accurately interpret drawings, and sketches to execute precise measurements and cuts.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all components and final products meet exacting quality standards.

Collaboration & Independence:

Work effectively as part of our assembly team while also being capable of tackling complex, individual tasks with minimal supervision.
What You Bring: Your Skills & Expertise

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who demonstrates:

Proven Carpentry Skills:

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in a variety of carpentry and finishing techniques.

Tool Proficiency:

A high level of comfort and skill with all tools related to home and structural construction (e.g., saws, sanders, nail guns, levels).

Strong Work Ethic:

A reputation for

punctuality

Problem-Solving:

The ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and adapt to project challenges.
