Overview


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Priority will be given to candidates with 5+ years working experience with a company completing renovation and addition related projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, home renovations and general labor, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties



Layout and framing of interior and exterior walls. Lay tile and install flooring, ensuring precise measurements and quality finishes. Drywall hanging and finishing. Trim and finish carpentry. Painting. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Experience



Proven experience in carpentry, drywall finishing, painting, tiling/flooring and trim. Proficiency in measuring and layout skills. Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
