We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks, including carpentry, restoration, and installation. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and repairing structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. A passion for construction and the ability to read blueprints and schematics is essential.

Duties

Framing new builds and renovations. tin work, cladding, and other metal siding. Cabinet installation and flooring installation. Install trim, crown moulding, caulking for finishing touches on projects Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. be willing to go to the field for extended periods of time. 2-21 days at a time. work well with team members on various construction projects, ensuring timely completion Provide maintenance person services, including plumbing and electrical work when necessary. Take safety very seriously. Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Pass a drug and alcohol test when needed. Be clean shaven to access some job locations.

Experience

Candidates should possess experience in the following areas:

Carpentry and woodworking techniques Blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and other equipment used in construction Familiarity with restoration projects and heavy lifting requirements Previous experience in linoleum flooring installation, flooring, tin siding, rubber roofing, , or similar fields is preferred
