Position: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, with a strong background in both building and installation projects. Key Responsibilities

Project Construction

: Build, assemble, and install. Our core projects are shelves, mantels, beams, feature walls, built ins, and custom furniture.

Blueprint Interpretation

: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp project requirements.

Material Selection

: Choose appropriate materials for projects, ensuring quality and budget considerations.

Precision and Detail

: Measure, cut, shape, and join materials with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Collaboration

: Work closely with team members and clients to ensure projects meet desired outcomes and timelines.

Maintenance and Repairs

: Conduct repairs and maintenance of the shop equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience.

Skills

: Proficient in using hand and power tools, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication

: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting.

Physical Fitness

: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials safely.

License

: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
