What You'll Be Doing:

Small to mid-sized home repairs and renovations: drywall, trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, flooring, tile, minor plumbing/electrical, and more

Jobs are typically one or two day projects -- fast turnaround, no dragging jobs out

Communicating with clients and making them feel taken care of

Showing pride in your work and leaving job sites clean and professional

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in home repairs, finishing, or renos

Strong problem-solving skills -- you know how to figure things out on-site

Reliable vehicle and basic tools (we'll supply job materials)

A professional attitude and great communication with customers and teammates

Bonus if you're licensed or experienced in multiple trades
