Role Overview

We're looking for a senior carpenter who takes ownership of their work, leads by example on site, and cares deeply about quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, mentoring junior team members, and helping projects run smoothly day to day.

You'll work closely with the owner and site supervisor, playing a key role in setting the standard for how our jobs are built and managed on site.

What You'll Do

Lead rough and finish carpentry on residential renovation projects Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and details Coordinate daily site activities and sequencing Mentor junior carpenters and apprentices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate site needs, issues, and progress clearly Take pride in delivering clean, professional results
