Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This role is essential in ensuring the successful completion of various construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in construction, carpentry, and maintenance person services, enabling them to tackle diverse tasks efficiently and effectively.

Duties

High Road performs construction and maintenance work for an existing customer base while the priority is carpentry we provide a broad array of services to our customer which provides variety day to day. we work 830am to 430pm Monday to Friday 95% of the work is in Winnipeg we minimize our outdoor work in the winter so it is very occasional only we work in a team environment

Skills

must be comfortable completing the following: door and windows installation, framing with wood and steel stud, installation of beams, headers, very light plumbing or electrical an asset flooring and drywall work not essential but considered an asset safe use of power tools that a carpenter utilizes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as part of daily tasks. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility across various trades.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
