Are you an experienced carpenter looking for exciting projects and consistent work? Hickory Dickory Decks Winnipeg is seeking skilled subcontractor carpenters to join our dynamic team. We specialize in creating custom outdoor living spaces and high-quality decks for residential clients.

Position: Carpenter

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Responsibilities:

Construct high-quality decks and outdoor structures according to company standards and client specifications.

Work with various decking materials, including wood, composite, and PVC.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Perform framing, finishing, and other carpentry tasks required for deck construction.

Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on-site.

Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience, with a focus on decking, framing, or outdoor structures.

Own set of tools and reliable transportation.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Valid liability insurance and WSIB coverage.

Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
