We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. Build fences, decks, perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetic appeal. Conduct roofing, siding, and restoration projects efficiently. Apply caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing in various applications. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as necessary for project completion. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning. Demonstrate maintenance person experience by addressing miscellaneous repair needs.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading Strong knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, fences and decks. Experience with carpentry, woodworking, and general construction practices. Ability to handle power tools and hand tools competently. Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely. Knowledge of restoration techniques for various materials and structures.
