is a reputable custom home builder with multiple residential projects throughout the Okanagan. We are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our team.Responsibilities:
Prepare and form concrete slabs Provide general on-site labour support as required Transport tools and equipment to and from various work areas Load/unload building materials and distribute them around the site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with basic carpentry tasks such as back framing, wall sheathing, installing blocking, etc. Support tradespeople and skilled labourers when required
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of construction tools and ability to operate power tools Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying heavy materials Able to take instruction and work with minimal supervision Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Effective communication skills Must have reliable transportation to job sites Prior construction experience is required
Applicants must be located in the Okanagan region (Vernon, Lake Country, or Kelowna).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
