Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and more. The will be instrumental in ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion across multiple disciplines.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with precision Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet quality standards Assist with framing, drywall installation, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and HVAC components as needed Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment for custom fabrication tasks Estimate project costs and materials using construction estimating techniques Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all phases of work Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Heavy lifting and physical labor required for material handling and site preparation

Experience

Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or related fields Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is essential Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, rebar installation, framing, drywalling, tiling, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and caulking Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Prior experience with restoration projects or woodworking is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments Maintenance Person experience or general construction background highly desirable

Pay: $24.89-$43.56 per hour
