Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Stutters Restorations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks related to restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of restoring properties to their former glory.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately. Perform flooring installation and ensure proper alignment and finishing. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during construction tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed during restoration projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry. Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read blueprints and schematics with precision. Familiarity with masonry work is an asset but not required. Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
