Carpenter

to join our team. We build and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Truro, NS. If you have a passion for carpentry and building maintenance, and you thrive in a professional environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including: renovations, framing, drywall, finishing, repairs and painting. Collaborate with tenants, property management and other team members to complete projects efficiently. Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter +/or building technician. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Clean criminal background check. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Must be currently able to work in Nova Scotia.

What We Offer:

Competitive wage based on skill and experience. ($20 - $30 per hr) Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
