Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and reliable
Carpenter / Framer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on framing experience, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in precision and quality. You'll be part of a crew building and finishing structures that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other framing materials
Construct walls, floors, roofs, and other structural elements
Install windows, doors, and interior/exterior finishes as required
Inspect and repair frameworks as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work closely with site supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of carpentry or framing experience (residential or commercial)
Ability to read construction plans and perform accurate measurements
Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools (company provides specialized equipment)
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
