We are seeking an experienced framing carpenter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on building custom homes in upscale neighborhoods, delivering superior framing and structural work.Responsibilities
Framing subfloors, walls, roofs and rough-in. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, relevant to construction work. Lifting materials and equipment on-site. Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications, is an asset. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Opportunity for career advancement.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a framing carpenter. Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license. Fall Safety Certificate. Physical stamina for lifting and climbing scaffolding. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and site supervisors.
