Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Construction Specialist. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various construction techniques and the ability to perform multiple tasks related to building and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work, along with a strong aptitude for using both hand and power tools. This position is essential for ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity. Carry out restoration projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Utilize CNC machinery for precise cuts and assembly as required. Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all stages of construction. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction-related fields such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or maintenance person services. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely. Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assess project costs effectively. Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and tile laying methods. Ability to perform caulking tasks for sealing joints and gaps in structures. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed. Capability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) as required by various tasks.
