Lead Site Operations - Supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards. Problem Solving - Collaborate with consultants, project engineers, and managers to address site challenges. Schedule Management - Help build and maintain project schedules, documenting daily activities in the Daily Diary. Ensure Efficiency & Quality - Oversee projects to guarantee they are conducted efficiently, effectively, and meet customer expectations. Mentorship - Coach and develop Foremen and Supervisors to enhance their skills and leadership abilities. Safety Compliance - Ensure all safety policies are followed, maintaining a secure and compliant job site.

Education - Red Seal Carpenter ticket required. Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising carpentry teams in civil construction, with hands-on carpentry experience in concrete and formwork. Skills - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Innovation - Stay updated on industry best practices, integrating new tools and methods to improve project outcomes. Safety-Oriented - Dedication to following and enforcing safety protocols in all operations.
