We are always seeking to attract the very best talent for our varied operations.We are currently accepting applications for a Carpenter Superintendent to join our team.Responsibilities include:

• Ensure jobs are conducted in an efficient, effective, and timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Assist in problem-solving on site along with consultants, project engineers, and Operation Manager
• Mentor, coach, and develop Foreman/Supervisors
• Direct Foreman/Supervisors of the daily and upcoming tasks to be followed
• Direct the on-site sub-contractors, the material and equipment supplied, and the vendors, daily
• Help build and maintain schedule as well as daily detailed descriptions of operations in daily report

We are looking for the following skill sets and experience:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of carpentry experience in a civil construction setting
• Red seal carpenter ticket preferred
• Concrete and/or formwork experience is required
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to work in a face-paced, ever-changing environment
