Overview

We are starting a new Division at Colour Scheme in the exterior season 2026. This Division will specialize in the construction of lumber decks and fences. We are looking for long term partners, reliable Subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have

extensive experience in exterior Carpentry

. As a Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality work that meets our clients' expectations and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute tasks as per project specifications and timelines, ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on-site. Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for projects. Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices and project documentation, in a timely manner. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in exterior Carpentry. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations is preferred. Must possess necessary tools and equipment required for the job.
