Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, with hands-on experience. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to perform a wide range of tasks pertaining to residential framing. The chosen individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and reliability as expected in the industry standard

Duties

Interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction projects accurately Carry out restoration projects with attention to detail and quality Utilize hand tools, power tools, and erect frame scaffold or wood scaffold safely and proficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, and assembly techniques Familiarity with construction estimating processes Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints Competence in using hand tools, power tools
