is an established real estate developer. We are currently accepting applications for Residential Carpenters/Framer.

By applying to this job, you acknowledge and understand the requirements & demands of this job include but not limited to:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials Standing for extended periods of time. Regular use of body to bend, crouch, kneel, etc. Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes Erecting, leveling, and installing building framework Ensure adherence to safety and compliance codes Comply with all safety policies and procedures Other related duties as required
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience
