Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed for various projects. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision and attention to detail. Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects. Utilize CNC machinery for precise manufacturing tasks when required. Execute roofing tasks, including installation and repairs, ensuring durability and safety. Carry out caulking and siding installation to protect structures from weather elements. Engage in heavy lifting and assembly tasks as part of the construction process. Provide plumbing and electrical support on projects when necessary. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is essential. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the industry. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Strong ability to perform rebar installation accurately for concrete reinforcement. Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable. A solid understanding of safety protocols within the construction environment is required.
Maintenance Person experience with a diverse skill set across multiple trades is preferred.
