Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)
Trim, baseboard, and casing work
Hanging and adjusting doors
Kitchen installation (cabinets, counters, hardware)
Minor electrical (switches, fixtures, outlets)
Minor plumbing (faucets, sinks, toilets)
Tile work (backsplashes, bathrooms, floors)
General repairs and finishing touches to ensure units are rent-ready
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry, renovations, or skilled trades
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing (certification not required but an asset)
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
