Job Description

Atlas Structural Systems, a leading manufacturer of roof, wall and floor systems, has expanded to Mount Uniacke, NS. The new manufacturing plant will add capacity to the Nova Scotia market and reinforces the role Atlas plays in building more houses faster for Atlantic Canadian communities. The new location will serve as an off-site construction facility for prefabricated wall, floor and stair panels that are used to build more affordable homes and multi-family buildings.

Responsibilities:

Work in a team providing support and guidance on building structural components. Travel to construction sites for customer support as needed. Work with customers on site providing instructions and migrating issues. Make on-site repairs to structural components as needed. Work closely with the design team on any customer modifications.

Qualifications:

Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude. High attention to detail and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures. Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment. Framing experience and power tools experience is required.
