Responsibilities

Execute restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Provide maintenance person services that include plumbing and electrical tasks when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within set timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields. Strong skills in flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, and restoration work. Experience working on historic buildings is an asset. Experience with caulking, roofing, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a requirement for the job.
